Devils Tower National Monument Flood Plain Cross Section of Belle Fourche River
Introduction
This report was prepared for the National Park Service (NPS),
Division of Park Planning, Rocky Mountain Regional Office.
The purpose of this study was to obtain baseline information and
provide the NPS with current data on the Belle Fourche River and the
associated flood plain within the Devils Tower National Monument. This
information will assist the NPS with flood plain management and the
preparation of a Devils Tower General Management Plan.
