Meena, Jack M., A water management model for the Green River, M.S., Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering, May 1993.WIRSOS and HYDROSS software packages were compared to determine the most practical water management tool to accurately model the Green River Basin in Wyoming. Providing for better handling of water rights diversions and actual permit data, a WIRSOS model was constructed and calibrated with USGS streamgaged values throughout the river basin. The final model yields results within eight percent of measured runoff on an annual basis.
